Quantity Surveyor
Selangor – Cyberjaya
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of budget and cost control
• Assisting in cost estimation and tender exercise
• Preparing and analysing cost comparison
• Obtaining quotation from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Measuring quantities & preparing BQ
• Preparing progress claims to client
• Evaluating and preparing sun contractors payment
• Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation
• Pre-contract work includes analysing and summarizing scope of tender, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors where necessary, preparation of BQ, pricing and submission of tenders.
• Post-contract work and follow up with consultants on payment certificates
• Attend site valuation for internal claims and site measurement when necessary.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Construction Software
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical skill in costing, resourceful and communication skill
