FINANCE ANALYST (JAPANESE SPEAKING-CHQ-0453312)

Responsibilities:
This is a global position supporting the financial operations of IBM HR. This role will provide the individual an opportunity to shape the future development and to improve efficiencies of the HR financial operations activities globally. The individual is expected to establish and manage relationships with teams across IBM worldwide, i.e. various IBM business units, financial/accounting, management, delivery and support teams.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the IBM finance operations, analysis, forecast, financial reporting, business metrics and dynamics. You’ll interact directly with the business units and geographies on the development of forecast and variance analysis, and provide ongoing business assessments and recommended solutions. You’ll be involved in streamlining and standardizing finance operations processes across the globe and identify areas for improvements and drive efficiencies. You’ll also experience opportunities for skills development training and leadership development.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Fluent in Japanese (both written and verbal)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge in finance and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes and problem-solve, attention to details
• Proficient user of Excel/spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
