The opportunity:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be
responsible for leading an Enterprise and Government sales team. You will lead
from the front, and mentor and coach your team to exceed expectations. You will
lead your team through both sales and operational activities.

Your team will provide the NSW market with a
broad range of solutions and services – cloud computing, enterprise mobility,
contact centres, data centres, networking, security, software services,
virtualization, unified communications and collaboration. This role importantly
requires a candidate who understands how to sell into and navigate the
Government sector in NSW.

You:
In order to be considered for this exciting
opportunity you must satisfy the below criteria:

- Proven
sales leadership experience of both an enterprise and government sales
team. - Proven
track record managing, mentoring, coaching and developing a successful
sales team. - Strong
track record selling IT solutions & services into the NSW market
place. You must be able to demonstrate experience selling across a number
of complex IT solutions. - You
need to demonstrate strong account development skills, both from a new
business and account management perspective. - Strong
understanding of the Government sector. Candidates who have a strong sales
leadership track record of a Government team will be favoured. - Well
networked within the NSW market place, both within the Government and
Enterprise sector. - Proven
track record of overachievement both personally and against a regional
group target. - You
will be a proven polished operator. An individual who leads from the front
and inspires people.

You will be provided with an impressive brand,
successful team, lucrative commission scheme and all the tools and support you
need to be successful and enjoy this role. The salary on offer in negotiable
dependent upon experience. As a guide, OTE $300-$350K.
