Position: Human Resource Manager
Responsible
for managing the Human Resources operations by making sure that HR policies,
procedures and initiatives are implemented across the NGO’s program as per the
department strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
?
Degree in Management, Social sciences or relevant field
? 3 years experience in a similar role with a comparable
organization or company.
Position: Legal Officer
Responsible
for managing and following up employee relation issues as well as advise the
People & Culture Director and Management Team on any legal issue and
ensuring that the NGO’s practices and processes are according to the law.
Qualifications
and Skills
?
Bachelors degree in law studies, International law studies, business management
law.
? 5 years working experience in a similar position.
Position: Area Development Program Manager
Manage and
facilitate the implementation of a given Area Development Program ensuring that
program operations are effective and sustainable in keeping with the standards
of agreed NGO’s policies.
Qualifications
and Skills
?
Degree in Developmental studies.
? 3 years experience in rural development work.
Position:
WASH Facilitator
Manage and
facilitate the implementation of a given Area Development Program ensuring that
program operations are effective and sustainable in keeping with the standards
of agreed NGO’s policies.
Qualifications and skills
? Degree in Water and Sanitation engineering, Public Health
or any other closely related technical field
? 3 years experience in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
implementation and M&E
Position: Water Engineer
To
supervise, conduct design, studies and review water resource development
projects. Closely follow up and ensure the implementation of water resource
development projects are in line with the plan, design, available standards,
and community needs.
Qualifications
and skills
?
Technical training qualifications required: Water Resources/
Hydraulic engineering
? B.Sc with 2 years experience in water resource development
