Requirements:
* Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. This includes ensuring that the solution meets business requirements and is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit realisation.
* Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the project plan and budget in line with agreed programme governance.
* Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Stakeholder, people and relationship management.
* Promotion of an environment of continuous improvement ensuring a QA process is applied through the project lifecycle.
* May be required to negotiate with suppliers (both internal and external) to secure a quality, timely, cost effective and fit for purpose outcome for the project.
* Manage production of the required outputs / deliverables.
* Prepare and report on progress to sponsors / key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Banking / Financial Services experience.
* Significant project and change management experience; project Lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of between >3 months duration.
* In depth knowledge and proven application of project management methodology and full project lifecycle including documentation standards, risk modelling, change controls, quality frameworks and compliance.
* Familiarity with process modelling, workshop facilitation and business analysis.
* Knowledge of the current business / HR operating model and supporting systems / applications
* Experience using Peoplesoft and local payroll HR systems.
* Knowledge of HR processes, products and terminology.
* Proficient use of project tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Office etc.
