This global organisation employ’s over 3,000 people
worldwide- they have several different business streams and are rolling out a
new HR Framework. They require an experienced HR BP or Senior HR Advisor to
come on board for a 6 month contract managing a client group of 600+ within
white and blue collar.

This position has a focus on IR/ER including case management, coaching,
influencing, engaging and advising the business. Negotiating
EBA’s and liaising with Unions is also a focus as well as the roll
out and customisation of HR Initiatives across the client group.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have a strong IR/ER
background, have lead negotiations with unions, be well versed
in current legislation, be able to think outside the box and be able
to push back when required.
In return you will work for a supportive organisation, during an exciting
implementation phase where HR is being embedded.
