An experienced HR Business Partner is required to join one of the UK’s leading banks for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Ideally you will have extensive experience gained within the retail sector and will be able to rely on this knowledge to ensure the HR function is aligned to the business needs.

This is a strategic role where you will be defining the HR strategy for the business with senior stakeholders and decision makers. You will need to be a strong influencer and be able to communicate confidently at board level.
You will need to be able to deliver a top class HR service to a large client group within a complex organisation.
