Qualifications
• You must have at least 3 years experience in 4 or 5 star hotels.
• Utalii graduate and pre-opening experience is preferred.
• International experience and knowledge of Asian (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc) cuisine, culture and languages is an advantage.
