Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities
1.Assisting in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions.
2.Involved in Bank Reconciliation, month-end closing and GST Filing.
3.Preparing and analyzing financial information and reports for the business operations
4.Assisting in data compilation and preparation of statutory submissions to relevant authorities such as GST Filing.
5.Being part of the team in reviewing internal controls, financial procedures and policies with the aim of improving the accounting and financial system in the Company
6.Supporting the Accountant in other projects and initiatives

Job Requirements
1.A Diploma or degree in Accounting or ACCA.
2.Those pursing a degree or ACCA and with working experience are welcomed.
3.At least 2 years of working experience in accounts work.
4.Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL worksheet and database management
5.Meticulous with good analytical skills
6.A team player who is self-motivated
7.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
