Purpose
of the Job
Responsible for growing and managing deposits from high net worth customers
of the Job

- Keep
and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential fixed deposit investors at
all times - Acquire
new customers for fixed deposit investments - Mobilize
investment from high net worth customers as indicated in KPIs
Relationship
Management
Management
- Liaise
with branch manager and the head office to ensure that client instructions
are duly effected without delays - Generate
new accounts through referrals from existing customers
KYC
- Ensure
that all KYC requirements and documents are accurate and adequate for all
fixed deposit investors - Use
customer information proactively in the prevention of fraud and scams
Administrative
- Enter,
maintain and update customer records in the core banking application. - Responsible
for the safe keeping, filling and retrieval of all hard copy documents of
customers. - Keep
adequate records of cheques/payments submitted by customers for
investment. - Bank
all cheques submitted by customers in the accounts of Bayport financial services.
Required

- Experience
with CRM system. - Ability
to work independently and as a part of a strong, results-oriented team. - A
strong network of referral sources - Formal
Education and Certification - HND/Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, business or other related field or three years’
working experience in relationship building/business development.
