To be a success at this position, you need to have answered “yes”; and, possess the following qualifications and requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
Hold a Chartered Accountant Designation.
Three – five years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS. US GAAP knowledge is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of JD Edwards is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) with an emphasis on Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
A willingness when required to work long hours to ensure deadlines are met.
