Heaven Restaurant & Inn opened in May of 2008
in the lovely neighborhood of Kiyovu (steps from downtown Kigali). Started as a
social enterprise to improve service levels in the hospitality sector and
create employment, Heaven is consistently ranked on

of cuisine and service, and is continuously seeking ways to improve all areas
of the business.
We are looking for a creative, energetic Kitchen
Manager to supervise and train our kitchen staff and help us run an efficient
and profitable operation. Culinary training, coaching and mentoring of our
Rwandan cooks, as well as kitchen management and organization are the key areas
of focus for this position. The Kitchen Manager should have a great
personality, work well under pressure and passion for teaching culinary skills.
Some proficiency in French but would great but not essential.
