1. Company’s profile with verifiable address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and organization’s administrative structure where applicable
2. Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission registration (CAC), i.e. Company Certificate of Incorporation.
3. Evidence of TIN, and photocopy of Tax clearance Certificate
4. Financial quotation must be in Naira
5. Evidence of past performance
