Our client is an established national construction company who is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for an immediate, permanent start. The company has been a major player in the Melbourne construction space for an extended period of time and is one of the most highly regarded in the Industry. They are renowned for the quality of their work and have been responsible for some of Melbourne’s most eye catching projects. With a capacity to take on projects that are technically challenging this is an opportunity to consolidate your career as a Project manager. The Successful candidate will be working on projects to the value of $150 Million and be responsible for the delivery of exciting construction projects. You will be familiar with a wide variety of trade packages and have experience letting and analyzing tenders, be a competent negotiator and technically strong on construction details. You will have had exposure to working on commercial projects in a similar capacity and ideally, have the drive and ambition to push a project to ensure quality and punctual delivery.
