Property company located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD is currently seeking
an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their busy team for an initial
temporary contract with the vie

w to permanent for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to, Receiving
screening and distributing telephone enquiries, maintaining company personnel
information, maintaining all board and meeting rooms, organising catering and
client luncheons and providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Office
Manager and other team members on occasion.

The role will require exceptional communication, organisational and excellent
time management skills. Experience in a similar role and intermediate knowledge
of Microsoft Office is a MUST, but it will be your attention to detail,
professional presentation, customer service skills and initiative that will see
you as the successful candidate in this role.
