An exciting job opportunity has arisen within one of Queensland’s major Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. An attractive work-life balance is offered with this role as well as a market competitive salary.
With relevant extensive experience in mobile maintenance supervision you will assist in the supervision and mentoring of maintenance trade personnel to ensure budgetary targets are met or exceeded regarding environmental, productivity, health and safety etc. A key accountability of this role will be the close coordination and mentoring of maintenance personnel whilst providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Appropriate Trade Qualifications in mechanical engineering or an industrial mechanical trade and your ability to be a ‘hands on’ supervisor are a key accountability of this role. As a successful candidate you will have previous experience with maintenance management systems e.g. SAP, Ellipse, JDE etc. Your effective communication, leadership and organisations skills will be crucial in effectively managing several functions simultaneously.
