Your new
company
Our client is a large listed consultancy, construction and manufacturing
company responsible for delivering on major infrastructure development and
maintenance projects. They are currently seeking a senior legal/commercial
manager to oversee the contract administration for a major Victorian
infrastructure project.
Your new role
Your role will concern the negotiation, management and administration of
supply/service/consultancy contracts relating to the delivery of a major
infrastructure project. You will be operating across the commercial,
procurement and project teams, and Strategising and implementing creative
solutions to any legal or contractual issues that arise.
What you’ll
need to succeed
You will have a strong commercial legal background and significant exposure to
large projects, preferably relating infrastructure or transport. Those with
people or project management experience will be considered favourably. You will
also have strong leadership skills, be a creative and pragmatic problem-solver
and possess a proven ability to successful manage relationships between
multiple stakeholders with competing interests.
