high profile litigious matters in Queensland. Having recently opened an office
in Sydney, the firm are going from strength to strength and winning even more
work and as a result, they hav
e a number of new openings in a range of teams.
Working in the Brisbane office (which has nearly fifty staff), the firm are now
seeking to recruit a 3-4 year commercial litigation lawyer to work alongside
and report to one of the firms litigation partners. The successful candidate
will preferably have “cut their teeth” in either a top tier firm or
in another similar type firm. The expectation will be that you will have broad
commercial litigation experience in superior courts, good working knowledge of
Queensland Uniform Civil Procedure, experience assisting in complex litigation
in State Supreme Courts and Federal Courts involving both Senior and Junior
Counsel.
Any experience in Insolvency, taxation disputes and building/construction
industry matters will be highly advantageous.
