This nationally recognised organisation is currently undergoing major reform in business practices to improve the ease of use, effectiveness and responsiveness of their systems and operations, while simultaneously reducing costs and complexity. They currently require a Change Analyst to drive change within their organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamically changing environment across a high profile scope of work.
You will be involved in a large scale Infrastructure Program across various technical projects. Working with the Program Change Manage, you will drive sustainable change within the Program, while supporting Project change managers on change activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement and alignment, business readiness & business acceptance.
In order to secure an interview with my client you will need to demonstrate your experience in working on technical projects as a change analyst and have experience in people change. You will ideally have worked in a matrix organisation preferably within the Public sector. Applicants who are Proci qualified are highly desirable for this position.
