This leading
organisation in the provision of outsourced corporate property management and
facilities management is well established in Canberra and the national market.
They are seeking a Security Manager to join their team in Canberra. This is a
unique chance for
the right person to join a well known organisation in taking
the lead on being accountable for security systems across a long term federal
government contract.
Reporting to the Account Director for this prestigious government contract, you
will be responsible for the maintenance of DISP membership for the client,
investigate and reporting on all security incidents, managing and processing
AGSVA clearance requests, managing the security register and providing security
advice to senior management and on site staff. You will also maintain and
update the security management plan, manage and process requests for DCACs
passes and be involved with the national implementation, coordination and
oversight of all security measures.
To be successful in this role it is essential you will have experience working
within a federal government security team, a minimum of a baseline clearance
and ideally DISP experience.
You will have strong communication skills, managing competing priorities,
maintaining a high degree of discretion and intermediate IT skills across
Microsoft office suites.
