This leading
Insurance company are well recognised for their high level of customer care and
are a true leader in their field. They ar
e currently looking for a number of
Customer Service Representatives to join their Case Management team who are
passionate about people and providing a great service.
Day-today you will liaise with a range of everyday travellers as well as
business customers travelling globally or domestically who are looking to make
a claim on their insurance. Every call will be different and you’ll take on
claims and case manage them through to completion requiring you to operate with
a great deal of empathy, efficiency and an exceptional level of customer care
with every interaction.
Your customers will look at you for re-assurance as well as support for their
claim as you’ll often be dealing with people who are often under pressure or
who have been through a traumatic situation abroad.
Ideally you will have experience from a similar relevant position and above all
demonstrate a true passion for providing great customer care.
The ability to work a flexible roster is essential – you could be assigned 10am
to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm (10pm being the latest). Any shift work will be paid in
accordance with the relevant modern award so you will be an uplift on your pay.
