ced Customer Service advisor to welcome and
set up new accounts.

Be part of a close knit, friendly, high caliber team within a thriving national
company. They are looking for passionate Account Manager to join their
established and supportive team.

Commencing immediately you will be working in a thriving team environment where
refined customer service skills are second to none. You will manage a number of
your own accounts where you will be the main point of contact for new and
existing customers over the phone and via email. Your day will include
welcoming new clients, re-engaging previous clients, inform your client of the
latest products and promotions taking orders and entering up to date
information on the system.

The position will require you to work shifts between Monday – Friday,
9am-5:30pm for a 38 hour working week. Close to public transport.

Successful applicants will ideally have experience within contact centres in a
customer service and sales role, refined customer service skill and excellent
communication are a must!
