has a number of committed projects in Western Australia and is seeking an
experienced Accounts Payable Of
ficer to join their finance team in near to
Henderson. This opportunity is offered on a long term contract basis for a
period of 6 months with a potential extension.
The day to day responsibilities of this role are to verify invoices for payment
and submit for approval with supporting documentation, process approved
invoices, allocate to payment runs, and address queries from internal and
external stakeholders.
You will have extensive accounts payable experience in a high volume processing
environment, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
effectively, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable experience using ERP systems is essential.
