As a result of ongoing success and ambitious expansion plans, they are currently looking to hire three Graduate Researchers to join their team of success driven individuals in their prestigious London offices.
Your role as a Researcher will involve market mapping, name gathering and working to produce shortlists of suitable candidates, developing expert knowledge of your target market.
You will be tasked with the objective of identifying and headhunting highly sought after candidates on behalf of some of the most established and prestigious organisations worldwide.
Progression to a Consultant role will happen as soon as your abilities allow, at which point you will have more direct involvement with client companies, originating new business and ascertaining their hiring requirements. This role will require you to negotiate with decision makers up to CEO/MD level in order to place highly sought after candidates and earn your commission.
You will ultimately be dealing with candidates with basic salary packages in excess of 150K and receive a very competitive commission for every one of them you place.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be a competitive, resilient and ambitious graduate, with a 2:1 degree or above and a confident and persuasive communication style. You will have a professional outlook towards you career and the self-awareness required to continuously develop your skills in order to remain successful.
