Harvard Brown Graduate Headhunters Required – Commodities and Wealth/Asset Management Recruitment Job Vacancy in London

My client is one of the UK’s leading financial services headhunting companies with a track record of excellence within a number of lucrative sectors including accountancy and finance, wealth and asset management, risk, compliance and commodities.

With the client relationships they have worked hard to establish and the success they have enjoyed, they are in a prime position to continue to expansion of the business by hiring exceptional graduates and provide them with the training and knowledge required to excel in the recruitment industry.

This is an organically grown company who have a proven track record of training and developing graduates who join them with no prior experience into top performing recruiters. Promotion within the business is based on results as opposed to length of service and shares and equity is on offer to those who really add value to the business and prove themselves.

Some of the other benefits of joining include an uncapped and unrivalled commission structure and paid luxury holidays, lunch clubs at Michelin starred restaurants and tickets to major sporting/cultural events.

They are currently looking to hire on both their commodities and wealth/asset management teams. An interest in these areas can be useful, although you will not be required to have any relevant experience as full training will be provided.

Your role initially as a Researcher will involve market mapping, name gathering, database management and headhunting candidates whilst developing your knowledge within your specialist area of expertise. You will be working closely with your mentor to identify and approach highly sought after professionals on behalf of your clients. As you become more experienced in the role, you will be more directly involved in pitching for new business from new and existing clients, ascertaining their hiring needs and working to find the best recruitment solution for them. As a Consultant you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including the negotiation of offers and closing deals.

Suitable candidates will be money driven, competitive and ambitious, possessing the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven sales environment. You will have the credibility and professionalism required to influence decision makers up to CEO/MD level and the desire and initiative to be proactive in your approach to ensure the best results.

You will ideally have a 2:1 or above with a track record of achievement through sporting and/or extracurricular activities.
