They have an impressive level of expertise at senior management level and should you be successful in your application, you will be trained by the CEO, COO and the directors in the business. Between the board level members of the business, they have nearly 40 years of headhunting experience; which will allow you to learn directly from proven experts.
You will enter at the researcher level whereby you will be expected to learn your market and network the key players within your field. You will map the market in order to pass on key information to your consultants.
Your role will be to source the most highly sought-after candidates in your market through advertising, networking, referrals, job boards and cold-calling. You will then pass the candidates you source on to your consultant with a view to move into a consultant role after 6-9 months.
Progression into a consultant role will occur once you have proven yourself and gained sufficient market knowledge. You will understand the importance of research and becoming an expert and be willing to work the long hours required.
The learning process involves one-to-one training as well as regular reviews to ensure you become an expert in the full recruitment process. Formal appraisals, reviewing training and development will begin your rise to excellence in a competitive and financially rewarding environment.
In addition to the strong foundations which your career will be built upon, my client offers a fantastic commission structure and successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress rapidly if a high standard of performance is achieved and maintained. Commission goes up to 50% of your billings for the quarter; allowing you unrivalled earning potential.

Ideally you will be educated to a 2:1 degree level or above and have a highly professional outlook to your career whilst being able to demonstrate a history of a winning mentality throughout your life. Sales experience will enhance your application; however it is not essential.
