Sunshine has a fantastic opportunity for two enthusiastic Team Leaders to join their dedicated teams in Sydney.
Reporting to the Coordinator HACC Respite Services (based at St Ives) or Coordinator Respite Cottages (based at Hornsby and Turramurra) these positions are responsible for the day to day effective and efficient running of Respite Services to Children, Young People and Adults with a disability as well as people who are frail aged.
More specifically, these roles will include:
• Developing, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing all aspects of program delivery in line with contractual arrangements;
• Supporting recruitment, training, rostering , performance management and providing direct supervision to respite staff;
• Ensuring respite programs engage and serve the community in ways that are beneficial, valuable, measurable and client focused; and
• Facilitating client assessments, and managing information, documentation and accounts.
