Group Administrational Assistant/Receptionist Job Vacancy in Australia

A national Financial Services Firm is seeking a
Group Administrational Assistant/Receptionist to work directly with the Group
Executive Assistant and the Senior Private Client Advisers.
This national firm is vibrant, growing and would
suit an individual who enjoys a fast paced environment. Your role would be
varied, with the opportunity of quick career progression for the right applicant. 
Your main focus will be in delivering your
exemplary customer service skills in talking to our various clients and
liaising with our suppliers including fund managers, advisers etc.

Main responsibilities of this role include:
Ø  Answering all inbound calls/switchboard
management
Ø  Meeting room co-ordination
Ø  Opening of trading accounts
Ø  Preparation of documentation for investment
review meetings
Ø  Create, update and maintain client account
files
Ø  Administration support to different areas
in the company
Ø  Collating paperwork
Ø  Handling of client correspondence and
confidential documents
Ø  Assisting with all adhoc office
requirements
Ø  Daily reporting
Ø  Communicating, collecting and recording of
information and documents from clients and other financial institutions
For this role you will possess the following
