On behalf of the Hamilton Community Garden Network (HCGN) program, Green Venture is accepting proposals for a consultant or team of consultants to help enhance design of the program’s website and social media sites as well as develop a maintenance plan for the sites.
The HCGN is a network of community garden coordinators, gardeners, and supporters which works to support Hamiltonians in building and sustaining community gardening projects from the perspective of improving food security and increasing community involvement. This is accomplished through outreach, networking, tools, training, and fundraising. The website and social media sites will serve as key tools to enhance all of our work. We are looking for support to ensure all the sites are current, fully functional, effective, and sustainable.
The primary objectives of this proposal are:
• To make design and content updates to the Hamilton Community Garden Network website
• To enhance the Hamilton Community Garden Network social media sites to increase their impact
• To develop maintenance plans for both the website and social media sites
