We are seeking volunteers to assist in a number of roles:
1. ROOM MONITOR – your duties will include:
• Ushering attendees
• Making sure pre-registered attendees are seated first
• Clearing seats and general clean-up after each session
• Keeping track of the number of attendees in the session
2. SPEAKER LOUNGE – your duties will include:
• Welcoming speakers to the Forum
• Helping them find their session room
• General upkeep of the room
3. DIRECTIONAL VOLUNTEERS – your duties will include:
Helping attendees find the session rooms and other areas (washrooms, exhibitor area, etc.). You will need to familiarize yourself with the schedules and other conference areas.
For all roles, a genuine interest in green, environmental issues is required.
In addition to the opportunity to participate at this innovative event, volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and lunch.
