1.Four Junior Technical Officers in the Indian Navy, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence,. Out of four posts, one post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates and remaining three posts are unreserved. The posts are suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy with disability of OL(One Leg affected ).
Qualification Essential:
A. Educational: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Telecommunication/Civil/Marine/Naval Architecture/Industrial Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
B. Experience: Three years’ professional experience in Dockyard/Shipyard in refit of ships/Shop Floor Monitoring/Data Analysis and Programming/Electrical works/Engineering Works/Construction/Installation of Weapon equipment/Civil Engineering Works/Preparation of under water paints/Docking and undocking of Ships/Production, Planning and Control/Sonar/Radio/Radars.
Duties:
Evaluation and execution of work pertaining to ships refit modernization, additions and alterations to keep the ships ready for operations. Besides, he will be responsible for preventive maintenance routines, schedules, periodicity and refit planning with reference to capacities of work centres of Dockyard. In addition, responsible for maintenance and upkeep of dry dock.
2.Two Photographic Officers (re-designated as Chief Photographer) in Armed Forces Headquarters, Film Photo Division, Ministry of Defence. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates and remaining one post is unreserved.
Qualifications: Essential:
A. Educational: Diploma in Motion Picture Photography (Cinematography) from a recognized Institution or equivalent. B. Experience: Five years’ experience in Photography including experience as a cine cameraman preferably in newsreel or documentary film assignments.
Desirable:
i) Experience in production of training/documentary films.
ii) Photographic experience connected with Military activities such as exercises, demonstration of military weapons and equipment.
Duties:
Cinematography of training films, cine and photographic coverage of military exercises, demonstration etc. Taking of photographs (indoor and outdoors), copying of photographs, maps, documents, chart. Maintenance of equipment on charge.Maintenance of accounts of raw stocks issued.
Supervision of processing etc.

3.Two Modeller Interpreter in Armed Forces Headquarters, Ministry of Defence. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates and remaining one post is unreserved. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for Physically Challenged persons with disability of Hearing Impairment (HH) (Partially Deaf or Deaf) candidates. The post is also suitable for Physically Challenged persons with disability of Hearing Impairment (HH) (Partially Deaf or Deaf) candidates.
Qualifications: Essential:
A.Educational:
Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Physics or Computer Science or Geology from a recognized University or equivalent.
B.Experience:
Two years’ practical experience in the fields of Remote Sensing or Aerial Survey or Mapping or Digital Image processing or Geographic Information system in the Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
Duties:
Remote Sensing and Digital Image Processing Analysis. Geographic Information System (GIS). Data Base Management and Mapping.

4.Three Civil Hyderographic Officers in the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy). Out of three posts, one post is reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates and the remaining two posts are unreserved. The posts are suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability of Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected ).
Qualification Essential:
A. Educational: Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Geography or Geophysics. OR Pass in the final examination of the Institution of Surveyors in sub-division 1(b) Hydrographic Surveying.
B. Experience: Two years’ experience as a qualified Surveying Officer in a recognized Hydrographic Service..
Desirable:
i) Knowledge of a foreign language preferably French.
ii) Knowledge of Computer operations and Geographical Information System.
Duties:
Confirmation of Geodatic, calculation and plotting of projections to assist in compilation f Navigational and other charts.
HQ: Liable to serve anywhere in India( for present, posting in Dehradun).
5.One Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Cypher) in Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs The post is unreserved.
Qualification Essential:
A Educational: Master’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematical Statistics with Eighteen Months Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming or Applications or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or M.Tech. in Computer Science and Technology or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subjects) of a recognized University or Institute.
B. Experience: Three years’ experience in the field of Cryptography using Digital Techniques or Secure Data Communication using Digital Techniques.
Duties: Coding and decoding of secret messages and supervision of Cypher Section.
6.One Deputy Government Advocate (Grade-III of Indian Legal Service cadre of the Government Advocates in the Central Agency Section and the Branch Secretariats at Mumbai and Kolkata), Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs. The post is reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates. The post is suitable for Physically Handicapped Hearing Impairment {Partially Deaf )or Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor Disability / Cerebral Palsy (One Leg affected or Both Legs affected but not Arms or One Arm affected (R or L) {(a) Impaire reach (b) Weakness of grip (c) Ataxic} candidates.
Qualification Essential:
A. Educational: The applicant should have a degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent.
B.Experience: The applicant should have been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than ten years. OR Has held a superior post in the Legal Department of a State for a period of not less than ten years. OR Has been a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than ten years. OR Possesses a Master’s degree in Law and has had teaching or research experience in Law for not less than eight years. OR Is a qualified Legal practitioner of not less than 35 years.
Note I:
The term ‘qualified legal practitioner’ means an advocate or a pleader who has practiced as such for at least ten years or an Attorney of the High Court of Mumbai or Kolkata who has practiced as such for at least eight years or has practiced as such Attorney and an Advocate for a total period of at least eight years.
7.Two Assistant Director Grade-I (Leather/Footwear) in the Office of Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises The posts are unreserved. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped / Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL (One Leg affected).
Qualification Essential:
Degree in Leather Technology of a recognized University or equivalent and three years experience in a responsible capacity in a technical organization or industrial concern in Leather Tanning/Finishing industry or in Footwear/Leather goods. OR
i) Diploma in Footwear Technology from a recognized Institution or equivalent with five years’ experience in a technical organization or industrial concern in Leather Tanning/Finishing Industry or Footwear/Leather goods.
ii) Should be thoroughly familiar with the latest techniques of production and use modern machinery, equipments and tools as applied to leather footwear industry.
Desirable:
Experience in advising/developing industries in general and small scale industries in particular.
Duties:
To visit small scale units and to advise supervisory staff in different technical problems confront them in their lines. To suggest improved and economical techniques of production, proper use of materials and correct type of machinery and tools suitable for them. To set up model workshop for demonstrating the use of modern equipment and tools and correct type of techniques of production. To prepare model schemes for manufacture of different electronic items. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
8.Two Assistant Director Grade-I (Food) in the Office of Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The posts are unreserved. The posts are also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor disability/Cerebral Palsy with OL (One Leg affected).
Qualification: Essential:
A. Educational: B. Tech. in Food Technology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. OR Post Graduate Diploma in Fruits Technology from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
B Experience: Three years experience in Food/Fruit Canning and allied Industries. Duties: To render technical advice and demonstrate the use of modern technical processes. To prepare model schemes, technical bulletins, etc. To study the operation of various food laws specifications, standards etc. and to apprise the food processing industry of the area. To collect information and statistics for the food industries of the states for planning purposes. To make case studies, inplant studies of selected food industrial units of the area; and To organize Seminars and other extension activities.
9.One Assistant Director(Engineering), Ministry of Shipping. The post is unreserved. The post is also suitable for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy with OL(One Leg affected ) or OA(One Arm affected).
Qualification: Essential:
A. Educational: Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
B.Experience: Two years’ experience in:
(i) Design, construction and maintenance of Civil Engineering works including Harbour Engineering works; OR
(ii) a mechanical or marine workshop/ organization.
Duties:
Scrutiny of detailed project reports/feasibility reports/cost estimates of schemes related to Major and Minor Ports. Monitoring of the progress of sanctioned port projects. Preparation/scrutiny of draft notes for EFC, PIB and CCEA for investment proposals. Works related to Committees, working groups set up by the Ministry.
HQ: New Delhi.
