As the Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150
local and well maintained properties using REST. Your duties will include but
not be limited to:
• Arrears
• Tenant processing
• Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
• Assisting with the growth of the rent roll
• Arranging maintenance and repairs as required
• Attending VCAT when necessary
To be considered for this position you will be experienced in Property
Management and must:
• Have your Age
nts Representative Certificate
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Good Time Management
• Reliable car
• Excellent communication skills
