We have a rare opportunity to work with one of the most successful & dynamic Sales Agents on the Northern Beaches. Not only will you be working with a leading agent you will also be working for one of the best brands in Sydney.
With a very busy schedule and strong reputation in the market our client is looking for a mature and experienced Sales PA to ensure every day runs as smooth as possible. This is a role that will see you have no two days the same, and will require someone who is available flexible hours for home opens and appointments.
Some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Assist at open for inspections
• Organise Marketing and Sales material
• Buyer call back evenings
• Prospecting
• Liaising with vendors, buyers & solicitors
• Organising & attending building & pest inspections, photo sessions.
• General administration and adhoc duties as required
The ideal person for this role will:
• A current Certificate of Registration
• A current drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Immaculate presentation
• Articulate communication skills and ability to build rapport with vendors & buyers Excellent customer service skills
• Must be motivated and driven to succeed
• AMAZING organisation skills as you will need to ensure your rep is always organised
• Strong administration and attention for detail with paperwork
