The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager
to join this high achievi
ng & fun team. This is a vital role for the agency
as you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Management of a Neat & Tidy Portfolio of
200 properties - Landlord & Tenant Liaison
- Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
- Open Homes
- New Business & Accounts
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A Minimum of 3 years experience as a Property
Manager - A Current Certificate of Registration &
Own Car - REST Experience Preferred but not Essential
- Knowledge of the Northern Beaches
- Great Attention to Detail & The
Ability to Multi Task
