Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring
the reliability of power supply to the Plant. - Ensuring
that all electrical work is carried out in a manner consistent with Mines Regulations
requirements – guaranteeing the electrical integrity and safety of all
work on site. - Ensuring
electrical statutory and safety schedules have been addressed in a timely
manner. - Maintaining
equipment at the lowest cost whilst providing the best level of equipment
availability. - Leading
by example and ensuring uniform safe work practices.
Qualifications,
skills and experience should include:

- Electrical
Trade Certificate - An
“A” Grade Electrical Licence (Cert IV in Instrumentation is
desirable) - In-house
Electrical Licence (desirable) or willingness to attain one - HV
Switching Certification - PLC
and Citect programming is desirable - Strong
leadership and communication skills, together with a commitment to
achieving safety, quality and productivity outcomes. - A
Current ‘C’ Class licence is essential
The
successful candidate will be required to undergo a full pre-employment medical,
drug & alcohol screen and be able to provide a National Police Clearance. A
letter of offer will be subject to these conditions.
