Responsibilities:

- Drive &
coach the team members - Participate in
IT development issue for the Group - Assist General
Manager in budget & IT development strategy issues

- Provide helpdesk
support service & maintain the Group’s global IT infrastructure - Lead an IT
service support team in both HK, Shanghai and West Africa regions to
perform network and system maintenance service - Provide workflow
process, Backup, IT project management and improvement planning - Develop
documentation, specification and guideline for all service support area
and provide internal/external system training - Assist
application system development and IT project implementation effectively - Plan and
implement additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting
IT infrastructure globally - Oversee and
implementation of networking security at global level - Anticipate
future network needs, identify proactive solutions to satisfy its needs - Oversee the
management of corporate help desk activities and resolves escalated issues
in time - Oversee all IT-related
purchasing and budget usage in the Group - Responsible for
capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT - Responsible for
IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis - Prepare report
or ad hoc project by the Management
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
in Information Technology or IT-related disciplines - At least 5
years’ relevant experience and position in shipping industry is highly
preferred - Hands-on
experience in system development and implementation - Hands-on experience
with managing Microsoft’s Windows, IIS, MS SQL, MS Exchange etc. - A strong team
player, detailed-oriented, multi-tasking & good problem solving skill - Able to work
independent and under high pressure - Good
interpersonal and communication skill at different levels - Good commends of
both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua - Immediate
available is preferred - More experience
will be considered as IT Manager
