in the provision of security service for its assets across Ghana.T he security contractors
will be required to manage and deliver and specified security services at all its base
stations and the other facilities across Ghana.
Scope of Work Includes:
1.provision of suitably qualified and trained security guards at the designated locations
across the country on agreed numbers
2.Provision of professionally managed Helpdesk Service is responsible for the incident
Management
3.Providing access control and maintaining logs relatives to events, contractors and
employee attendance sites
4.Attend and record fueling and prepaid meter recharges
5.Ensuring emergency response services as required by the circumstances as defined
in the Service Level Agreements
6.Provision of specialized staff where required for events and attendance at
sensitive facilities
7.Providing liaison with local community group, local police and other security
authorities as directed by Glo
Required Skills or Experience
1.Established business for at least 5 years substantiated by the following
documents
.Company profile & Organogam
.Certificate to commence business
.Company tax obligations
.Company license as security provider
.List of operation locations
.Description of current operating assets
.Company Regulations
.List of directors and shareholding structure
.Means of Identification for at least 2 directors
.Further documentation will be required for contractors considered
2.Clearly demonstrable experience in Security Services
3.Financial reports for no less than one year of activities,3 years preferred
