Context
of the role
We
are looking for a Drama Project Manager as we are going through a period of
exciting growth and change – we are hugely ambitious for our future and we are
looking for colleagues who share in our ambition.
Key
Responsibilities
This
role has overall responsibility for ensuring that the Ni Nyamping

a drama is
delivered on time and on budget. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support
    the Head of Production and Content in day to day running of the NN drama
    covering project management duties, chasing deadlines and keeping clear
    lines of communication between all parties
  • Schedule
    meetings with partners, review panels and internal discussions
  • Keep
    clear notes and communications from drama working group meetings
  • Line
    manage the Drama Support function and 2 Drama Script Writers
  • Sit
    in on review meeting of drama scripts and communicate outcomes with all
    appropriate parties
  • Manage
    production partners to ensure all Ni Nyampinga girl safeguarding policies
    and brand values are adhered to at every step of production
  • Manage
    the drama budget to ensure accurate budget tracking
  • Work
    closely with the lead script writer to ensure all deadlines are met and
    there is clear communication across the script writing team
  • Assist
    in the planning and organisation of immersion weeks for writers, trips by
    drama consultants or script writers or other visits
