Job description: German Account Manager Job Dundalk, Ireland
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced German Account Manager based in Dundalk, Ireland.
The Client:
Worldwide leader in providing high value promotional products for businesses and professionals by providing expert knowledge and effective promotional products.
Job Responsibilities:
• Phoning customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales.
• Entering orders on-line.
• Ensuring samples/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers
• Participation in product projects when required
• Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
Job Requirements:
• Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
• Be fluent in German
• Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability;
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques;
• Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company;
• Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
• Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
• Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner;
• Possess good problem solving skills;
• Be a good team player
