Job Description
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be involved in handling incoming and outbound calls from the banks customers. This will involve providing general product and account information, dealing with day to day enquiries and complaints.
In addition you will be expected to deal with incoming and outbound e-mails, faxes and letters. You will be supporting customers in English as well as German.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be able to speak and write English and German fluently and have proven customer service and language skills.
Ideally you would need customer service experience in a banking environment. You must be familiar with, and comfortable using email and the internet and should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
As the client demands very high standards, you should be a good team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday. This is a 24/7 operation.
