stock control practices and procedures and assumes overall quality management
of the warehouse operations.

- Manages
and analyses the demand patterns and produces forecast daily - Manages
and analyses stock levels to ensure alignment to demand - Ensures
daily timely delivery of goods to site through timely placement of orders,
receipts of delivers, binning of stock picking and issuing it - Coordinates
the daily stocking process, stock reconciliation and obtaining approvals
for identified deviations - Coordinates
availability of spares and materials and do quality control queries - Ensures
compliance to the service level agreements with users for the inventory
availability - Manages
and maintains the stock catalogue for coding new items on DELTA, uploading
contract prices
Educational
and Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s
degree in Purchasing or equivalent - At
least 4 years post qualification experience in purchasing and materials
control preferably in a mining industry

deposit located at Gope in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR). The
Company is currently developing the first underground diamond mine in Botswana.

Company operate various shift roster systems whereby employees will only be
accommodated at the mine during the on shift period of their shift rotation
(nine (9) days on and five (5) days off rotation for management; and 14 days on
seven (7) days off for production). The on-site accommodation comprises of a
well-appointed and equipped single status tented camp. There are no permanent
residents at the camp.
