Description
Main
duties and Responsabilities: -Coordinate, at first degree, the planning, budgeting, resource mobilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation reporting related to infrastructure management at the team level; -Coordinate, at first degree, the elaboration of a local strategy on infrastructure management, monitor its implementation across the District and produce consolidated reports thereof; -Supervise, at first degree, all staff members of the Infrastructure Management Team and their field deployment; -Assist technically and provide advice to the Director of One Stop Centre in matters pertaining to infrastructure management; -Initiate, in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders, and co-supervise the implementation of campaigns meant to raise local population awareness on the benefits of public infrastructure management. |

Job
Profile
Bachelor’s
Degree in Property Management, Infrastructure Projects Management, Logistics Management with 2 years of working experience. Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required: -Extensive knowledge in Infrastructure Management -Organizational Skills; -Communication Skills; -Judgment & Decision Making Skills; -Time management Skills; -Team working Skills; -Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
