Game Master
We have vacancies available for game master(s). As we cater to a primarily North American and European user base, we are looking for applicants who possess excellent fluency in the English Language. Our game masters will:
• Provide customer support, to address and resolve player issues.
• Tweak game balance and organize events to maintain community satisfaction.
• Communicate with team leaders to identify, evaluate and resolve issues unique to MMOG platforms and revenue models.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from all available channels, evaluate and report them to management.
• Perform quality assurance of game products, investigate and document bugs, game exploits, and other issues present in a persistent online world.
• Retain a Full time job, 3 months probation period
Game masters are highly motivated individuals with great teamwork skills, who make it their personal mission to ensure that players have fun in our games.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
• Is extremely passionate about and has experience playing MMOs.
• Possesses excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
• Has prior experience working as a Game Master or in a Customer Service role.
• Possesses good communication skills.
• Is proficient with computers.
• Is able to handle complaints.
• Wishes to pursue a career in the MMOG Publishing Industry.
