Graduate Management Trainee Programme
For the first time GalbraithWight is launching a graduate management training programme to expand the talent pool within the company

Required Graduate Profile
This first year we are looking for 2 exceptional candidates who fulfil the following criteria;
• Life Sciences degree (including medicine or pharmacy) 2:I or above
• Further qualifications welcomed in sciences, languages or business
• Fluency in one or more major languages other than English would be a particular advantage (including French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Japanese)
• Good level of IT skills required using standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good understanding of the commercial use of Social Media andor Website development an advantage.
• Clear evidence of entrepreneurial capabilities & mindset
• Legally allowed to work in the UK
• Able to travel internationally
• Fluent English with excellent written & oral communication skills
• No criminal record

The Graduate Management Trainee Role
The role is office based in Polegate, East Sussex but will involve travel throughout UK, Europe, & occasionally US andor Asia.

Graduate Management Trainees will be working day to day on live & potential Client projects, including attending Client meetings, writing & following up actions from these meetings, communicating with the Consultant & office team engaged on the projects, conducting research & analyses on Client company R&D portfolios, and conducting analyses of project performance.

The two successful candidates will report directly to the Chief Executive and the General Manager of GalbraithWight during the 1 year training period, giving them insights into every aspect of the business.

Training on all aspects of GalbraithWight’s business, and the global healthcare business will be provided throughout the training period of 1 year, including attendance at selected GalbraithWight Business School programmes.

The starting salary is £20,000 per annum. A performance related profit share is also payable on achievement of individual & overall company objectives after 1 year of service.
