Title: ARCHITECT
Title: ARCHITECT
- A
right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work
including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. - You
will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations,
restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to
completion. - The
goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and
aesthetically pleasing designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES

producing detailed drawings - ü
negotiating with contractors and other professionals - ü
attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists - ü
co-ordinating the work of contractors - ü

Keep within budgets and timelines - ü
dealing with problems that might come up during building

Proven 5 years working experience as an architect - ü
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant
rules, regulations and quality standards - ü
Familiar with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or
similar) - ü
Ability to drive - ü
HND/BS degree in Architecture or similar

An experienced driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe
and timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- ü
Transport the Managing Director from his house to the office and any other
place(s) as directed - ü
Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from
manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers - ü
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform
preventative maintenance - ü
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules - ü
Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain
fuel/toll receipts - ü
Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route
designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies
and procedures - ü
Maneuver vehicle into loading or unloading positions - ü
Collect and verify delivery instructions - ü
Report defects, accidents or violations
REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a driver - ü
Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations - ü
No recent moving or driving violations - ü
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather

need a cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and
kitchen duties. - The
goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean our showroom and other offices (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming,
mopping, kitchen, restroom cleaning etc) - ü
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs - ü
Cooperate with the rest of the staff - ü
Follow all health and safety regulations
