Fresh Brand Communication Digital Strategic Account Director – Brand & Communications Agency

We’re looking for an ‘all-rounder’ to join us as we
enter a new phase of growth and development. You will work closely with our
clients, identifying, exploring and realising ideas to strategically grow
brands whilst managing all aspects of our brand and communication projects.
You’ll be passionate, energetic and love working as
part of a close-knit, creatively-driven team to support current client projects
and help drive business growth.
The role will suit someone looking for either a full
time or part time role (minimum 3 days per week).
You’ll be in a great spot

You’ll be based in St Kilda, at the top of Fitzroy Street. So you’ll already be
in one of the most creative spots in the

world. Think beautiful skyline views
and a balcony that opens up for bit of sea breeze. And you’ll be surrounded by
a lively café culture too, for some extra inspiration.

You’ll join a dynamic team
You’ll get to have plenty of fun working with us.
We’re young, friendly and a little bit quirky, idiosyncratic and sometimes just
wacky. We believe we have a great culture, but we’ll let you be the judge of
that. Our creative energy is infectious and we enjoy working hard. You should
be fine with all of that.
You’ll be challenged
Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be valued
and expected. You’ll be required to translate clients’ goals into creative and
intelligent deliverables, manage client relationships, create detailed work
plans, develop creative briefs and work on developing a foundation for new
business. You will have the opportunity to apply your ideas to a variety of
projects across a diverse range of industry sectors, keeping you engaged and
providing opportunities to broaden your knowledge and skills.
Other aspects of the role will include:
  • Undertaking desk research (internet searches,
    data gathering from external sources) to support client projects and
    business development initiatives;
  • Project management, overseeing various projects
    from the production stage through to execution;
  • Budget management;
  • General account administrative support, including
    drafting proposals, correspondence, organising meetings and billing.
You’ll already have
  • Minimum 7 years account management experience
    with an ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise workflow and ensure
    timelines are achieved in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Demonstrated your logical, structured thinking in
    developing brand and communication plans;
  • Integrated account management experience in both
    online and offline mediums;
  • Strong written communication skills, with the
    ability to capture information from multiple sources, analyse / synthesize
    information and prepare succinct documents and reports;
  • Great presentation skills;
  • Keen attention to detail, with a strong sense of
    responsibility and follow-through; and
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to elicit and
    consolidate diverse ideas / thinking and provide clear direction.
