Job Requirements:
• 5 years experience in Culinary Supervision.
• Culinary degree.
• Good leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
• Must have full knowledge of cooking and presentation of food for all
departments in the kitchen.
• Must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements in handling food.
• Strong leadership, training, communication and organizational skills
• Control labor and food costs.
• Participate in the discipline and performance evaluation of employees.
• Ability to read and speak and write English fluently.
• Computer Literate:(Word, Excel, and Email)
• Ability to develop and manage an Annual Financial Budget
• Tanzanian Citizen
