PURPOSE OF
THE JOB
The Regional Finance Manager Level 1 (RFM 1) is the focal point for the finance
issues of four countries in the region (Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Kenya),
connecting field finance offices, global support offices, internal auditor, and
other key stakeholders in the organization. The Regional Finance Manager Level
1(RFM 1) will lead the process in contextualizing, training, and
troubleshooting the implementation of global finance and procurement policies
and procedures in four countries in the region. The RFM 1 has technical
accounting authority over field office Finance Managers.
