description
The successful
incumbent will be responsible for proactive post sales service management,
growth, visitation and retention of clients
- Formulate
a comprehensive national sales strategy to ensure market share growth for
FNBB Retail Segment. - Ensure
collaboration with all segments and channels in order to effectively
exploit cross –sell and up sell opportunities - Ensure
successful communication of the segment’s strategy across all sales
channels frontline and the bank at large. - Ensure
the development and the implementation of a customer retention, Customer
acquisition, and a Customer win back strategy - Develop
and implement alternative sales channels to branches such as Direct Sales,
Telesales etc. - Build
bridge between sales channels, branches, business units and segments to
provide sales opportunities for the sales teams - Set,
manage and meet annual sales, cross-sell and upsell targets across all
channels. - Ensure
effective and efficient execution of all sales fulfillment processes and
continuous enhancements to improve the efficiencies. - Ensure
that competitor activity is effectively monitored and intelligence is is
disseminated to relevant stakeholders - Ensure
the Initiation, development and the implementation of tactical sales
campaigns to support strategy as agreed with the Director Retail. - Ensure
organisation wide measurement of sales performance in order to direct
decision-making Provide clear requirements for MIS reports to ensure
efficient and effective reporting and analysis. - Ensure
an efficient and effective leads referral system is in place - Work
with internal/external parties to develop reporting and analytics
infrastructure that result in impactful reporting environment. - Talent
Management of sales staff across all channels.
Requirements
Proven competencies and skills:
