The Role:
A position has become available for a Document Control
Analyst to work on a major Oil and Gas project for a 12 month contract.

Supporting the provision of a consistent, efficient, effective and coordinated
Information Governance and Compliance service to the business and Major Capital
Projects, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist with the development, implementation and
maintenance of an overall information compliance programme: Operational
Excellence Management System (OEMS), compliance (including Operational
Excellence Information Management), Data Quality compliance and Content
governance compliance - Actively identifying and utilising resources to
achieve information compliance - Providing advocacy and advice on effective
methods for achieving information compliance and actively assisting in
driving compliance - Conducting an in-depth investigation into
compliance breaches and reporting to the relevant level of authority - Maintaining and creating internal and external IM
policies and business controls - Ensuring all IM policies and procedures are
implemented and well documented - Developing risk management strategies to avoid
non-compliance - Conducting regular audits on key areas and
initiatives against IM policies, standards and business controls - Analysing results and provide formal and informal
reports of findings, including recommendations for improvement - Provide an escalation framework where there is
non-compliance to IM standards
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- University qualification: BSc or BEng
- Experience in a similar role desirable
